We can even provide Building Insurance for you and your neighbours at highly competitive rates.

For older buildings, we are able to commission a professional annual building inspection prioritising any maintenance and repair work required. Giving owners the option to decide what repairs are to be carried out, we’ll then co-ordinate and manage them on your behalf.

Only approved contractors are selected, based on quality and value for money, and they are paid once the work is completed to the required standard. New Horizons Property Services manage it all to a budget to make sure you know how much you’re going to be paying and when. That way, we make sure your property is kept in premium condition.
