• Friday 22 March 2024 Milo Money This week, across the school we have been exploring the first big question from Milo Money program. Where does money come from?

• Thursday 21 March 2024 Year 3/4 Production The Year 3 and 4s performed 'The Magic Flute' by Mozart beautifully this week. We were very proud of them and as the song suggested we certainly saw some 'parents burst with pride'. We thank the Royal Opera House for supporting the teaching staff through INSET and lesson plans to be able to teach the children opera. They were engaged with enchanting story and the whole production was organised by the children from narrators, acting, singing, sound and lighting production.
• Thursday 21 March 2024 Comic Relief On Friday, to do something funny for money, we celebrated our funniest member of staff Mr Waldock by wearing odd socks. We raised £97.61!
• Thursday 21 March 2024 Year 2 Cinema Trip On Friday, Year 2 had a wonderful time at the Curzon Cinema watching Trolls Band Together. It was full of excitement and the children all found it very funny. We were even lucky enough to have lunch with Drago the Dragon from the Fire Service afterwards.

• Wednesday 13 March 2024 Commonwealth Day Service at Westminster Abbey On Monday, children from Year 5 and 6 attended the Commonwealth Day Service at Westminster Abbey. The children had an amazing time seeing the Queen, Prince William and other members of the Royal family. The service reflected on resilience and unity.

• Friday 8 March 2024 World Book Day and 'The Magic Flute' Yesterday, we loved celebrating World Book Day, by dressing up as a book character, the Book Bake Off, a special lunch and performing the opera 'The Magic Flute'. The children's singing was phenomenal.
